We understand and fully appreciate that every role out there is unique. Yet, more than three-quarters of the times the selection is made based on a one-hour conversation or two (depending on the number of rounds). The result? A few weeks or months into the candidate’s joining, the cracks begin to emerge leading to the conclusion that the candidate is a wrong hire. At the very best, we settle for mediocrity and accept the capabilities (lack of) for whatever they are.
That’s the reason our shortlisting process ensures every single potential candidate who we speak to undergoes a carefully crafted, customized Assessment Center which is designed specifically for the role at hand. You may ask “why” do this for every role. We are very clear that we want every candidate who we place to hit the ground running from Month 1 – no fluff attached. For us, it’s not just about presenting CVs and scheduling interviews with our clients. We go beyond the brief. We present personalities. Those who not just have the highest ability to do the job but also fit well with the company’s culture. And how do we know this? We know this because after psychotropic methods (most of which are illegal), an Assessment Center happens to be the second-best predictor of future performance – think about how Airline Pilots happen to get their job. But that’s not all, once a selection has been made we close the loop with a thorough background verification.
What we offer?
· Nationalization hires in the GCC across all levels
· Expat hires in the mid-career level only (~4 to 12 years’ experience)

Agile is a state of the mind. Being Agile is applying common sense with an uncommon level of discipline. Originated in 2001 in the IT Industry, the folks building software realized that software development was too slow such that the software which was being developed never saw the light of the day because the needs of the world had changed by the time it took them to develop that program or software. Over the past 2 decades, companies which have adopted the Agile Methodology of getting things done are the ones which are still in the game, if not ahead of it. The rest have simply given way to competition.
At HRhipp, we help teams to first learn the fundamentals of Agile. Thereafter, we get them to experiment through application of the Scrumban Framework on 1 – 2 projects. Our accredited Agile Coach remains by their side all through their experiments, slowly and intentionally stepping back until the team is confident to operate as a self-organizing, non-hierarchical and trailblazing Scrum (a term used for Agile Teams which use the Scrum Framework). Once the experiments have shown the tangible business outcomes, we help our clients to scale Agile across their organization. By the way, although any google search will tell you that Agile applies to IT project management only, we have seen that it can be applied anywhere, in any function, by anyone. Agile is a team sport and once teams go agile, they simply thrive in style.
What we offer?
· A two-day Instructor Led Training, followed by group coaching hours (TBC as per the teams' agile maturity level) for in-tact teams (homogenous or cross-functional)

By the end of this trek/ trail/ hike, the participant gets to create their Grand Plan. Doesn't that sound fascinating?
At HRhipp we use the HBDI® - Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument to complement and facilitate the creation of the grand plan. In these 7 hours, you wouldn't hear the typical coaching phrases in the conversation such as "So what I'm hearing is..." That's because we don’t quite call this coaching. Ours is a deeper and more hard-hitting conversation between the participant and our HBDI® accredited expert. We've seen The 24x7 Grand Plan range from topics such as Career Progression and Relationships to Leadership Development and even Life Goals. This is followed up with two virtual discussions set at the end of 1 month and 3 months, ensuring there is progress on the Grand Plan. The 24x7 Grand Plan is offered during the winter from mid-October to early-April each year. Yes, it's important to be in the outdoors as it helps hack those happy hormones.
And If you think the trek/ trail/ hike is only for those who are fit and able-bodied, then don't sweat (pun intended). We always have alternative venues which are lower on the difficulty scale.
What we offer?
· This trek/ trail/ hike is organized either in the Emirate of Fujairah or Ras Al Khaimah which usually starts very early in the morning
